Under normal circumstances, telecommuting and remote work approvals and arrangements are at the discretion of the college and/or local department. However, extraordinary circumstances, such as the evolving situation with COVID-19, require changes to existing telecommuting and remote work policies that may be in place at your location.
In the event of a location closure or if remote work is required for any other reason, supervisors should expand telecommuting and remote work for locations and employees as needed on a temporary basis. Please check the Maricopa home page for any updates and information about location closures.
Employees should check with their supervisors for approval to telecommute. For guidance and technology tools and services that might be necessary for telecommuting and remote work at your location, please visit the Anywhere Computing page or your college’s home page.
