Pursuant to ARS §38-431.02, the Maricopa County Community College District hereby states that all notices and agendas of meetings of the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board and any of its committees will be posted on the wall outside the Governing Board Room located on the second floor of the District Support Services Center at 2411 West 14th Street, Tempe, Arizona which is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. when summer hours are in effect, except legal holidays. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting, and will include information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.

Notice of Work Session & Regular Board Meeting of the
MaricopaCounty Community College District

The Maricopa Community Colleges provide access to higher education for diverse students and communities. We focus on learning through: University Transfer Education, General Education, Developmental Education, Workforce Development, Student Development Services, Continuing Education, Community Education, Civic Responsibility, and Global Engagement.
Pursuant to ARS §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board will hold Work Session & Regular Board Meeting open to the public on the 24th day of November, 2020. Board members will convene the Work Session at 4:30 p.m. and the Board Meeting at 6:30 p.m.
As a consequence of the COVID 19 Pandemic, the Board’s November 24th Work Session & Board meeting will be conducted entirely remotely. There will be no physical meeting.

Members of the District community and public who wish to comment on the Agenda and materials may do so by sending an email to email@example.com no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, November 24th. Comments received in a timely fashion will be read into the record. Comments submitted through this email should comply with Governing Board rules regarding civility.
Pursuant to ARS §38-431.03 (A)(2), the Board may vote to convene in executive session, which will not be open to the public, to consider records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information that is required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law.
Pursuant to ARS §38-431.03 (A)(3), the Board may vote to convene in executive session, which will not be open to the public, for discussion or consultation for legal advice concerning any item on this agenda.
