Notice of Public Meeting

Notice of Public Hearing, Special Session & Regular Board Meeting of the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board

Pursuant to ARS §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board will hold a Public Hearing @ 6:30 p.m. followed by, Special Session - Truth in Taxation and Regular Board Meeting on the 26th day of May 2026. 

The meeting will be held at the following location: Conference Center @ Rio Salado College | 2323 W 14th St. | Tempe, AZ 85281The Venue and WebEX meeting will be available to all 30 minutes prior to the start of each meeting.

Pursuant to ARS §38-431.03 (A)(2)(3), the Board may vote to convene in executive session, which will not be open to the public, to consider records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information that is required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law or for; discussion or consultation for legal advice concerning any item on this agenda.

Non-Meeting Notice: Board members may also attend a dinner on this same date.  Although a quorum of members may be present, no meeting will be held and no Board business will be discussed.
