Reporting a Student of Concern, or a Student Conduct and/or Code Violation

The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) offers support to victims of sexual harassment, sexual violence, relationship violence, and stalking through administrative investigations and criminal investigations.
MCCCD Public Safety works with local law enforcement agencies to conduct criminal investigations into allegations of sexual harassment, sexual violence, relationship violence, and stalking using criminal codes as the backdrop for the investigations.
Title IX/504 Coordinators and investigators use district policy to resolve complaints.
The two offices may work together to collect information and evidence to support the resolution of complaints, but the investigations not combined.
Maricopa County Community College District offers an online system to report allegations of sexual misconduct, instructional and non-instructional grievances, student code of conduct violations and needs relating to personal or basic living necessities like food insecurity, housing, transportation, finances or academic tutoring and counseling services. The submissions are quickly routed to the appropriate campus and personnel maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
