Notice of Special Session, Agenda Review and Executive Session of the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board
Pursuant to ARS §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board will hold a Special Session immediately followed by Agenda Review Meeting @ 4:30 p.m. and Executive Session (not a public meeting) @ 5:15pm, on May 12, 2026.
The Board’s June 9th Board Meeting will be conducted entirely remotely via WebEx. There will be no physical meeting. The WebEx meeting will be accessible to all @ 4:00 p.m.

Pursuant to ARS §38-431.03 (A)(2), the Board may vote to convene in executive session, which will not be open to the public, to consider records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information that is required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law, and 38-431.03 (A)(3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice concerning any item on this agenda.
