Please Note: The Maricopa County Community College District endeavors to make all public meetings accessible to persons with disabilities or individuals with Limited English Proficiency. Pursuant to ARS §38-431.02, the Maricopa County Community College District hereby states that all notices and agendas of meetings of the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board and any of its committees will be posted on the wall outside the Governing Board Room located on the second floor of the District Support Services Center at 2411 West 14th Street, Tempe, Arizona which is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. when summer hours are in effect, except legal holidays. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting, and will include information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.

Pursuant to ARS §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board will hold a Special Session to adjourn to Executive Session (not a public meeting). The meetings will take place on the 20th day of December, 2024 starting at 10:30 a.m.
The Board’s December 20th Special Session to adjourn to Executive Session will be conducted entirely remotely via WebEx Events. The WebEX meeting will be available to all 30 minutes prior to the start of each meeting.

Pursuant to ARS §38-431.03 (A)(2), the Board may vote to convene in executive session, which will not be open to the public, to consider records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information that is required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law.
Pursuant to ARS §38-431.03 (A)(3), the Board may vote to convene in executive session, which will not be open to the public, for discussion or consultation for legal advice concerning any item on this agenda.
