The Maricopa County Community College District Office of General Counsel is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of legal integrity and serving as a trusted strategic partner in advancing the educational mission of the District. 

Our mission is threefold: 1) to provide comprehensive and proactive legal guidance to the District and its constituent college administrations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;  2) to provide general legal guidance, on behalf of the institution, to faculty and staff representation in furtherance of the District's commitment to such compliance; and 3) to actively contribute to the success of our students and faculty by fostering an inclusive learning and working environment that promotes innovation, inclusion, and academic excellence.
