This site is a resource to learn more about MCCCD's Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy and protections.  If you have experienced or witnessed an act of sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating/partner violence, or stalking you are encouraged to report the incident to your college's designated Deputy Title IX Coordinator. Title IX Complaints – Students and Employees

The EO/Title IX Program Directors accept reports of discrimination and misconduct, and process them pursuant to our policies. You may file a Title IX complaint or contact the appropriate EO/Title IX Regional Program Director for your college.

Immediate Assistance

If you are in an emergency situation, make sure you are in a safe place and call 911. For non-emergencies, contact your college's Deputy Title IX Coordinator, Department of Public Safety, or local law enforcement.

Resources

MCCCD will offer reasonable options for and assistance in changing academic or living situations that are available to you if you request such changes be made available. MCCCD does not offer professional counselling services on any of our campuses, but our Title IX Coordinator will provide information regarding counseling, mental and physical health, and other student services resources, such as:
